Bhutan Cycling Trip

Bhutan Biking  is another relatively new activity that is attracting visitors to the country. There are a variety of biking routes available ranging from smooth journeys on paved roads to challenging off-road dirt trails that wind through rough terrain.

Bhutan Cycling Trip

The flat, almost traffic free, roads in Paro and Thimphu valleys make for excellent outings in paved road with some camping thrown in. The climb upto Pele La and Dochula will test even seasoned bikers but the view will certainly mitigate the exertion! Divine Madman trail can make your adrenaline rush.

The sport offers a certain intimacy with the environment that is seldom experienced in vehicles. With better roads replacing the old and the increasing number of off-road roads, biking is now becoming a very unique and original way of seeing and interacting with the country, people and the Bhutanese environment.
